This 90 minute workshop invites participants to explore the art of sigil making as a tool for spiritual development, empowerment, and creative expression. Sigils act as a bridge to the unconscious mind by using symbolism as a vehicle for personal transformation and creative expression that resonates with deeper layers of meaning. Through a blend of historical context, visualization, practical application, and artistic exploration, attendees will engage in the process of turning personal intentions into powerful symbols to help strengthen their spiritual core. By the end, attendees will leave with a personal sigil and a deeper connection to their intuition and creativity.
This workshop was recently presented at the 2025 Spirituality & the Arts Conference at Harvard University. -

Learn the basics of tarot
-
Tarot Foundations introduces the essential building blocks of tarot for beginners and those looking to deepen their intuitive skills. Rather than approaching tarot through the lens of prediction, we explore it as a symbolic and psychological system - a tool that helps you access your inner world.
You’ll learn the narrative structure of the deck, the Major and Minor Arcana, the elemental, numerical, and astrological associations, and how archetypal imagery functions as a language the psyche can engage with. Each session blends instruction with guided practice, giving you space to interpret cards, develop confidence, and begin forming your own intuitive relationship with the imagery. By the end, you’ll have a grounded understanding of how tarot works and a framework you can continue building on.
This workshop can be offered as a single introductory session or expanded into a multi-session series for a deeper dive. -

Exploring the self through imagery
-
This 3 hour workshop introduces a creative and depth-psychology approach to collage that draws on principles of archetypal psychology and expressive arts. Using curated imagery and words, participants explore how symbols, motifs, and visual patterns can reveal aspects of the psyche that are often felt but not easily spoken.
Rather than aiming for aesthetic perfection, this process centers meaning-making. You’ll learn how to select images intuitively, notice emotional and symbolic themes, and reflect on what emerges through guided prompts and group discussion.
Each session includes brief teaching, hands-on collage creation, and integrative reflection that deepens your understanding of symbolism, narrative mapping, and personal myth. At the end of the session you’ll have a clearer sense of your inner landscape and a creative practice you can continue on your own. -
